Vance and Hines Suzuki GSX8R Race Bike Twins Cup

The 2024 MotoAmerica Twins Cup season saw a new player to the game in form of the Suzuki GSX-8R which sadly nearly puts the SV650 out of its misery. Vance & Hines put together race packages to the public for the new twin from Suzuki. The bike that the team raced with Rocco Landers behind the bars naturally used these kits. In addition to the kits, the V&H RevZilla GSX8-R also used CoreMoto forged aluminum Wheels, Brembo Calipers, GSXR Forks, Attack adjustable triple clamps, and Ohlins suspension.

Rocco Landers came into the final round of the series at COTA with the points lead but with crashes in the race allowed Alessandro Di Mario to take the series. Rocco showed the potential of the new Suzuki machine with race wins and nearly taking the title. In the current MotoAmerica Twins cup rules, the bike is not allowed to release its full potential as they must use the stock airbox. Even though the bikes make just over 90 horsepower, they don’t have quite the top end due to the stock airbox. Even with that restriction, don’t be surprised if the GSX-8R takes home the championship in 2025.
