MotoAmerica Twins : Robem Engineering’s surprise move to add Dominic Doyle to NJMP Twins Cup grid

Hamilton, OH – As the MotoAmerica series heads back east for the second-half of the 2020 season, Robem Engineering will add one more rising-star to the Twins Cup grid in the team’s quest to showcase the best young talent in the MotoAmerica paddock.

Toby Khamsouk (top) and Jackson Blackmon (bottom) will welcome Doyle to the Robem Engineering team.

Joining Jackson Blackmon and Toby Khamsouk on a Robem Engineering Suzuki SV650 will be 19-year-old South African racer Dominic Doyle.  Dominic Doyle has had a stellar season so far racing at the front of the Liqui Moly Junior Cup class and the team expects no less in his Twins Cup debut.

Doyle adds: “I’ve been hanging out in the Robem pits all year, because I’m friends with Jackson and Toby, but I certainly didn’t expect this opportunity to come up.  I feel kind of bad for Dr. Price, since he’s letting me ride his bike, but I will do my best to make his bike look good.  Huge thanks to Colin Barton and Matt Spicer for putting this last-minute deal together.  I watched Jackson do basically this same type deal last year at Jersey, riding both the Jr Cup and Twins classes, and he did awesome.  I hope to do the same”.
