Well, 8 years later we finally have a new record.
In preparation for the MotoAmerica Twins Cup Season, Jackson Blackmon on the RBoM Racing/Robem Engineering Dunlop Shod Suzuki SV650 put down a 1:16.192 at Roebling Road during WERA’s Lightweight Twins SBK race.

*EDIT* Blackmon just posted a 1:16.153 the following day racing his SV650 in the Expert Middleweight race.

Congrats Jackson. “Action Jackson” also set the NJMP lap record in 2019 during the Twins Cup race in his 2nd place performance. Watch out Twins cup, Blackmon is here to party.
